Grafton Downs can now announce total earthworks investment for Stage One of the development at Paerata Rise
Grafton Downs can now announce total earthworks investment for Stage One of the development at Paerata Rise has reached $30 million, including Watercare and sewerage costs of $12m, as well as earth works totalling $10m.
The work undertaken for infrastructure has taken a total of 18,646 hours, and has resulted in the installation of 3km of water pipes, and 7km of rising main pipes.
Around 17820 m3 of earth has been moved for civil works and 4469tn of metal has been laid ahead of sealing.
Civil work has seen 1520m of water pipes installed, on top of 2562m of storm water pipes and 2058m of waste water pipes.
Earth work has seen 116,000m3 of earth moved to make way for homes at Paerata Rise.
