Paerata Rise is a new build lifestyle township that is being developed between Karaka and Pukekohe, south of Auckland. It will eventually consist of approximately 4,500 homes, built to embrace a commitment to community ethics and modern innovation. Paerata Rise will retain the rural charm of Franklin’s rolling hills and magnificent views through careful town design that makes the most of the area’s natural beauty.
Catering to varying budget and lifestyle needs, the wide range of home building options at Paerata Rise means there is something for everyone, from people wishing to purchase their first home, to those wanting to expand a family, downsize for convenience or establish a new business.
With 300ha of land being developed, 5ha will be devoted to green spaces as well as purpose built walkways and cycleways within the township. There will be a lively and vibrant mix of shops, cafés, restaurants and amenities at the community’s finger tips. The township will also have a golf course, tennis court, swimming pool, cricket and rugby fields and a range of indoor sports facilities.
With increasing urban growth in the area, a Paerata Rise railway station and commuter hub are being planned to increase transport choice.
When it comes to education, there are both primary schools and secondary schools being planned for the town. The existing Wesley College will be moved from its current site and a new Wesley co-ed high school is going to be built within the township.
Paerata Rise will be a safe and desirable place to live, work, relax and visit.
