Preparation is underway on the Paerata Rise Stage 2 sections, and titles for Stage 2A will be made available within the next weeks. Stage 2 has 54 sections, all platformed and retained with an average section size of 544sqm; the largest site being 642sqm and the smallest at 422sqm Stage 2A construction is set to commence late-August. > Read more
